You will have the opportunity to see Lonely Dog’s world firsthand in our virtual reality lounge! You’ll don VR goggles and sit on the plane with him as it soars through the clouds during the blue moon and then takes a thrilling and unexpected “dive”!

Guests can use their imagination to complete some of Ivan’s most beloved dog and cat artworks, then see them projected onto our huge Coloring Fun Art Wall.

The show itself is 30 minutes, but if you plan to explore our selfie space, art gallery and retail boutique, plan on visiting with us around 60 to 75 minutes.

Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons. Please note that all weapons are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, guns, knives, mace and tasers

Most definitely! This family friendly event is recommended for all ages.

You can arrive anytime. The show is on a continuous loop, restarting every 30 minutes. You can jump in at any time however, if you prefer to watch from the beginning to get the entire story as it unfolds, prepare to arrive about fifteen minutes before your time slot.

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly.

No, just 360 degrees of video. However, this exhibition contains sequences of bright flashing lights which may affect visitors who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy, as well as others who are sensitive to moving lights. Viewer discretion is advised for this reason.

No, but there are third-party food vendors and restaurants near the experience.

Yes! We have apparel, puzzles, posters, books, art, and all kinds of novelties for purchase.

We encourage you to take photos and share them…we even have a dedicated selfie space with multiple vignettes from the show! When taking photos in the theater, please make sure that your flash is off and be courteous not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
